Solution chemistry is a broad and interdisciplinary field of chemistry, physics and biology, pharmaceutical and medical sciences. With the advent of new theories, analytical methods, computers and technologies, the research field of solution chemistry has expanded widely and profoundly and holds great promise for industrial applications such as biomaterials, proteins and nanotechnology. The aim of 38ICSC is to bring together new results of our scientific works and to present and discuss the new findings on various scientific and technological issues related to solution chemistry.

IUPAC will provide some support to contribute to the travel expenses and subsistence for young scientists from scientifically emerging regions.
