Blurring Boundaries Between Fields
Connecting to reshape the Future of soft matter
ISMC2024 will provide the opportunity for scientific discussions in all major fields of current Soft Matter science, covering polymers, colloids, interfaces, self-assembly, gels, experiments, theory and simulations, measurement and characterization.
In total 8 plenaries, 54 invited and around 54 contributed speakers will join the ISMC2024 meeting.
This signature event is part of the established “Soft Matter Around the World in Three Years”, that will rotate between continents every year. The first ISMC took place in Germany in 2007 and has been held every three years in a different European country since then. The first event outside of Europe was held in Osaka, Japan in 2023. This ISMC 2024 will be the first in the Americas; it will take place in July 30 – August 2 2024.
