TITLE: Family, Wellness and Work Balance for Women in STEMM Discipline
IMPORTANCE OF THE PROJECT: This programme is to sentisize women and girls for inclusive participation and retention in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Medicine (STEMM). It is especially targeted at women researchers and those in academia. The purpose of the workshop is to enlighten women scientists on the importance of Family, Wellness and Work Balance. We intend to call seasoned academicians in this field to come and deliver lectures on the importance of women and girls participation in STEMM, family, wellness and work balance. The programme will take place at University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
