Summary
The general goal of the event is to promote an increase in empathy in society and at the same time create a supportive atmosphere for women who are in a complicated career period. Although there are women as speakers, the event is intended for all genders.

The meeting will host 5 speakers working in the field of natural sciences. They will give short talks summarizing their career as well as work-life balance.
