Summary

GWB 2026, Ondo State Chapter would take place at Tetfund Auditorium, Laje on 10th of February, 2026 by 10 am Nigeria time. The theme of GWB 2026 is 'Many Voices, One Science'. The Chief host Prof. Ebunoluwa Adejuyigbe would declare the event open. The host, Dr. Funmilayo Gbenga-Fabusiwa Agbaje, the Coordinator, WICCCSN, would stress on the guiding principles of responsible Chemistry in her welcome address. The guest speaker, Prof. Omotade I. OLOYEDE would be speaking on the theme while the 5 panelists would discuss Gender equality in the workplace, Building professional networks, STEM education and others. There would be cutting of GWB Cake and the breakfast meal would be taken. There would be interaction between women in chemistry, Science, industries, NGO, Government officials, University communities, the secondary School teachers and the students. Pictures and the video coverage of the event would be taken and the event would be transmitted online.
