Summary

Técnico Lisboa GWB26 event will bring together women and allies in chemical science to promote gender
equity, build networks, and support career development across all stages. The target audience
includes undergraduate and graduate students, earlycareer researchers and academic staff, while welcoming participants of all genders as allies. The program will feature short inspirational talks and a panel discussion, sharing their experiences in leadership, career paths, and work–life balance, followed by structured networking.
