Summary

Técnico Lisboa GWB26 event will bring together women and allies in chemical science to promote gender
equity, build networks, and support career development across all stages. The target audience
includes undergraduate and graduate students, earlycareer researchers, academic staff, and
professionals from industry and research institutes, with a particular focus on women and
underrepresented groups, while welcoming participants of all genders as allies. The program will
feature short inspirational talks and a panel discussion with invited speakers from different research
institutions and companies, sharing their experiences in leadership, career paths, and work–life
balance, followed by structured networking and mentoring activities.
