Summary
The NTU American Chemical Society Student Chapter Global Women’s Breakfast is organised by the NTU ACS Student Chapter with support from the NTU School of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology and the NTU School of Materials Science and Engineering. The event aims to promote gender equality, inclusivity and networking within the NTU chemistry community. It will be held at The Arc on Tuesday, 10 February 2026 from 0900 to 1300. The programme begins with breakfast and informal networking, followed by a welcome session introducing the IUPAC Global Women’s Breakfast. A documentary on women in STEM, focusing on Marie Curie, will be screened. An invited speaker will deliver a keynote on their STEM journey, followed by a fireside chat and audience questions. Participants will then join small group discussions to plan actions supporting gender equity. The event ends with a wrap-up and call to action.
