Summary
We are delighted to invite you to the 7th edition of this event on 11 February 2025. Organised with the support of the SU Faculty of Science and Engineering, the UFR of Chemistry and the Ile de France office of the Société Chimique de France, we are organising a morning of discussions on the theme of ‘Towards a fairer and more inclusive environment’.
We will be looking at topics such as
- The growing burden of invisible tasks: a gradual move away from research
- Dangerous virtues: when fairness measures backfire
- Lifting the veil on implicit criteria for recruitment and promotion
- Disability and accessibility: rethinking inclusiveness in academic careers
- Mental health and well-being of the SU community: a challenge for inclusiveness
