Summary

In 2025 the German Chemical Society "GDCh" celebrates 25 years of Engagement for Equality in chemistry. In this context, the Team Equal Opportunities of the Young Chemists' Network (JCF-Team Chancengleihheit) hosts the Global Womens' Breakfast at the Paulinum of Leipzig University. In a podium discussion we want to evalutate current topics and challenges for diversity in Science with various panelists from academia, industry and politics. In a postersession afterwards we invite all our guests to network and discuss different approaches towards a more inclusive scientific world.
