Summary

The Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnologies at the National University for Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest, Romania (FICBi) supports women in chemistry. They have programs that help more women enter chemical sciences. FICBi holds mentorship programs and workshops for women in science. They also have GWB events to inform women about careers in chemistry and reduce the gender gap. At events like the PolyChemistry Fest, FICBi shows programs to inspire young girls to study chemistry. Through IUPAC's GWB, FICBi works on educational projects and research with other global institutions.
