Summary
In 2025, Nanjing Breakfast event will be held at Nanjing University in Nanjing. Approximately 30 participants are expected to attend, mainly from Nanjing University and Nanjing Tech University. The meeting aims to create a platform for female chemistry professionals to exchange ideas and share experiences, thereby supporting and promoting the growth and development of young women researchers. The discussion topics will cover six key areas of women's career development in research, including ‘Leadership Development’，‘Gender Equality in the Work place’，‘Building Professional Networks’，‘Finding Research Collaborators’，‘Conversations/Discussions with Women Leaders’，‘Achieving Work-life Balance’. Attendees will share their personal experiences and insights, engaging in a collective exploration of strategies to better advance women’s careers and contributions in the field of chemistry.
