Summary

We are delighted to invite you to Sorbonne University's "IUPAC GWB" event on February 27, 2024. Organized with the UFR de chimie, the mission égalité of Sorbonne Université and the Ile de France bureau of the Société Chimique de France, we are organizing a morning of dynamic exchanges on the theme "Catalyzing diversity in science".

We'll be encouraging lively discussion through a "World Café" style on the following topics:

- Positive discrimination - is it a solution to inequality?
- How do we deal with minorities in our community? Inclusions vs. integrations
- Is it possible to deconstruct our biases?
- Is it really "just for laughs"?...
- Excellence and success - how can we evaluate more objectively?
