Summary

The IPAC Global Women’s Breakfast-2024 kicked off with a Logo Ceremony, introduced by Dr. D. Bharti and inaugurated by Mr. Hari Prasad Vaishnav, the principal. The topic for the session was Gender Equality in the Workplace. Speakers Ms. Archana Mirge and Ms. Neha Welhekar shared insights with students of classes VI to IX, and XI in two different slots. Engaging activities, including a group discussion on stereotypes, quizzes, and poster-making on Promoting Inclusivity, enriched the interactive session.
A session on "STEM Education for School-Age Girls" was conducted by Dr. Kishor Nikhare. The workshop explored the significance of IUPAC and delved into STEM education's interdisciplinary approach. Students actively participated in icebreaker activities, group discussions on gender stereotypes in STEM.
Both the sessions emphasized cultivating critical thinking & problem-solving skills in students.
