A class of students from the 8th grade participating in the eTwinning project "European Gastronomy - eat green & change tomorrow" will plan an experiment trying to find out if it is possible to make bread using more sustainable ingredients. They will base their research in traditional methods of making bread (e.g. type of flour used in the past). On 27 February, at 9:30, we will have breakfast and try the bread we made for this experiment.
At 10:00 the teachers will attend the online event organized by the Sociedade Portuguesa de Química.
