Summary
GWB 2023 is a global annual event. The previous one held at the Federal University of Technology Akure, Nigeria; The members agreed last year that the University of Medical Science Ondo, Nigeria will host GWB 2023.
Prof (Mrs) Osundahunsi of FUTA will be invited as the guest lecturer to speak on the topic titled 'Breaking Barriers in Science Among Women '.
Ten penalists will be set up in which the moderator will be asking questions from the panel which will be resolved interactively. The audience involved all the members of Women in Chemistry, Ondo State Chapter, Five science students representative of ten invited Secondary schools and other women from science related subjects. The section will be interactive. The audience will be free to interact with one another and with the guest speak and the panelists.
Thereafter, the tea brake will take place. Group pictures and video coverage of the event which will be shared on Facebook, twitter, etc.
