Summary

OTT-WIC presents the 2023 IUPAC Global Women's Breakfast, with the theme "Breaking Barriers in Science". This event features our guest speaker Dr. Hind Al-Abadleh from Wilfrid Laurier University. Her research focuses on air quality, atmospheric chemistry, and the geochemistry of arsenic, phosphorous, and soil organics. She has co-founded a myriad of EDI groups for various under-represented groups in Chemistry, and was also the recipient of the 2022 Gilead Award for Excellence in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
