Summary
The objective is to discuss and confront each other about the idea of "Leadership in diversity", involving the "Identity, Culture, Diversity" domain of the Aurora European Universities Alliance. Rather than talking about diversity (between men and women) in terms of equality policies, pink quotes, gender, etc., we would like to start precisely from "diversity" as an opportunity, questioning and stimulating students to think of diversity as a resource, how to exploit it to achieve, rather than resorting to solidarity and the like.
