Summary

Once more together with the IUPAC we celebrate diversity and address the barriers and inequalities faced by women and underrepresented minorities in science with the event “GWB WomChemSheffield 2021”. As a scientist the creation of good contact networks is important to share knowledge, explore new opportunities, and reach new horizons.
The event is organized in the University of Sheffield by staff and PhD students with the support of the ED&I committee within the Chemistry Department and will be held online following the COVID-19 safety protocols on the 9th of February from 10 am to 1 pm on the Blackboard platform.
