Summary
The Swiss chapter of the Women Innovation Network at Dow is honored to participate in the GWB2021 by combining a recent WIN and Finance I&D initiative ‘Who said men can’t be feminists?’ with the GWB theme of ‘Empowering Diversity in Science’.
Since we are a Science and Technology company, we traditionally have been employing more men than women, and because of this, men are and will be playing an important role to establish a balance. That is why we focus this GWB event on the involvement of men.
During the session we will host a panel to discuss our journey to Gender Equality so far and what needs to happen to get to the next level.
