The event comprises of a talk by eminent scientist Dr. Seetha Somasundaram, The Woman Scientist behind Mars Orbiter
Mission (MOM), Ex Program Director at SSPO,
ISRO, Emeritus Scientist, Raman Research
Institute, Bangalore ( presently). In the second part of the event there will be poster presentation competition based on the 'achievements of women scientists and scholars'. Which will showcase their journey of
research,
highlighting their struggles and
achievements.
