Summary

UAlberta WIC would like to announce our 2021 IUPAC Breakfast! We are excited to virtually host this event on "Empowering Diversity in Science" again to celebrate 100+ years of IUPAC. Please see the following event information:

When: Tuesday, February 9th from 9:00 am - 10:00 am
What: Round table discussion topics will include:
- Addressing the barriers and inequalities of faced by women and other underrepresented individuals in science
- How to create and maintain a positive and constructive work environment
- How to work towards successful work-life balance, as well as managing stress
- Characteristics of a strong leader and mentor

Please bring your breakfast creations for the event and come enjoy great company. Attendees of the event will also be entered into a raffle to win one of three $20 Sugarbowl gift cards.
