Summary

This will be our first time participating in the IUPAC Women's Breakfast. Members of the graduate, postdoc, and graduate community of Rice's chemistry department will be attending. We aim to initiate a conversation about gender disparities in networking, share experiences with networking, and discuss successful allyship.
