Summary

Women Chemists from academia, industry and goverment ministries, departments and agencies would gather and enjoy breakfast under an atmosphere of collaboration and networking. Matters of career visibility shall be discussed. Resource persons shall speak on how to improve visibility of female chemists in the 21st Century. Work-life balance and the prevailing incivility issues experienced by Nigerian females in STEM would also be brainstormed upon.
