Summary
"Developing our Leadership Potential: Resilience, Intervention, and Culture Change”. We will begin with a 30 minute networking breakfast. Two female leaders from our site will share their reflections on the need for culture change, and how individual leadership at all levels will make an impact. This will be followed by a Q&A session. Finally, we'll form small groups and each participant will define how they will grow and show their leadership.
