Be foresighted chemistry educators, we should renew the investment in the future through education, research, innovation and technology. If someone rest on traditional ways, a rapidly changing world is likely to pass them by and their young students may face poorer prospects than their elders enjoyed. The recent evolution of technology has introduced new E-learning environment and innovative style for chemical education. The most desirable situation for all people involved in chemical education is for them to be able to share all important information and materials related to their field.

The Organizing Committee of NICE 2019 is pleased to invite all professors, chemistry teachers, education researchers, chemistry researchers, and chemical engineers from all corners of the world to meet in Taipei to discuss how to create innovative teaching strategies, accumulate innumerable chemistry/ chemical education resources, disseminate new chemistry knowledge and communicate frequently through glocalization.
