Description

It is a short rhyming poem about lithium, explaining how its violent nature with water contrasts its many paramount uses.

I react violently with water.
Yet I am depression’s curer.

Combine me with oxygen
And I will give you silica.
And still, you may find me in batteries,
That’s right, yeah!

Lubricating greases,
Metallurgy or
Silicon nano-welding.

Whatever it is,
I am always there.
My name is Lithium!
