Natalie LaFranzo is Director of Scientific Projects and Market Development for Cofactor Genomics. Natalie is a passionate, professional scientist that has successful bridged the worlds of interdisciplinary chemistry and business at an early stage in her career and has been instrumental in developing a new category of multi-variable genomic assessment as a key step in the development of precision medicine. Combining her deep interdisciplinary knowledge in chemical biology with outstanding business leadership and inherent project leadership skills, Natalie continues to play a leading role in transforming the field of molecular diagnostics and immuneoncology.

Natalie is also a passionate and self-less volunteer that has held numerous leadership roles within the American Chemical Society. As a past chair of the ACS Younger Chemists Committee, Natalie has been a fierce advocate for the fostering of international chemical communities and has advocated for younger chemists to be the leaders of today and tomorrow. As a past member of the ACS Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Board, Natalie has helped lead efforts within the ACS to make the society more diverse and inclusive for its members. Natalie has also held numerous leadership roles within her ACS Local Section ranging from Chair to Councilor.
